Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Garlic
Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, washed and scrubbed
1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, sliced thin
2 cups flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 475-degrees. Slice sweet potatoes into very thin rounds. On baking sheet toss with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in preheated oven on middle rack, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes or until crisp.

Recipe makes about four servings. Can easily be doubled.
