Fast Tortellini Soup
Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cans (14 ounces each) chicken broth
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tablespoon dried basil
16 ounces fresh cheese-filled tortellini
2 cans (15 ounces each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15.25 ounces) whole-kernel corn
2 teaspoons grated Romano cheese

Directions:
In large pot over medium-high heat, bring broth to boil. Add red pepper flakes and basil, then add tortellini and cook per package instructions or until tender. Add beans and reduce heat to medium. Simmer five to eight minutes or until beans are tender. Add corn and allow to heat through, one to two minutes. Serve with cheese. Recipe makes six to eight servings.
