Quick Marinated Chicken Healthy Recipe
Ingredients:
Eight chicken breasts
One bottle dark Russian dressing
One package dry onion soup mix
One (10-ounce) jar apricot, peach or orange marmalade

Directions:
Season breasts with salt and pepper.
Combine rest of ingredients. Mix well.
Layer half of sauce on bottom of baking dish; layer chicken on top.
Pour remaining sauce over chicken.
Marinate overnight, or at least four to five hours.
Bake uncovered at 325-degrees for one hour or until tender.
Recipe makes ten side-dish servings.
