Lamb or Beef Steaks
Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:
4 ounces lean lamb/beef steaks
Salt and black pepper
1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil or sunflower oil

Tomato Chutney:
1 can tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
Salt and black pepper

Directions:
Season each steak with salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Grill or BBQ for three to four minutes on each side.

To make the chutney: Drain the can of tomatoes, pour the juices into the saucepan. Add the sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, ginger. Boil until reduced by half. Add tomatoes and simmer until chutney thickness; five to six minutes. Season to taste. Serve on a bed of salad with boiled potatoes.
