Chocolate Banana Parfaits
Recipe Rumble

Ingredients:
2 cups cold fat free milk
One package (4-serving size) chocolate flavor fat free, sugar-free instant pudding
Two medium bananas, sliced
3/4 cup thawed lite whipped topping

Recipe makes four servings.

Directions:
Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk two minutes. Spoon 1/2 of the pudding evenly into four dessert dishes.

Layer with banana slices, 1/2-cup of the whipped topping and remaining pudding. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
