Baked Apples

Directions: Put 1-tablespoon of raisins in each apple. Pour the apple juice over the apples and cover the apples with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil; baste the apples with the juice. Bake another 20 minutes, or until apples are fork-tender. Serve baked apples warmed or chilled. Recipe makes four apples, or four servings.
