Paleolithic Recipe

By

Tomato Cups Paleolithic Recipe can be made for use as a side dish or as an appetizer, or finger food.

Recipe Ingredients

6 medium tomatoes
1/2 small cucumber
2 sticks celery
2 spring onions
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh mint
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons kelp
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Sea salt to taste (optional)

Recipe Directions

Tomato Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out center.

Add tomato pulp to the other ingredients.

Finely chop all ingredients; mix well and fill tomato halves.

Great for a side dish or, for finger food, use cherry or small tomatoes.

Note: Sea salt, harvested from the ocean, has been used for several thousand years. It is ideal for bringing out the freshness in salads and greens; it tends to make lettuce and other vegetables crisper.

Yield: 12 servings.
