Fresh healthful Spinach Salad with scallions, a bit of lemon and olive oil and pepper to taste.

Scallions in Spinach Salad


2 bunches fresh spinach
1 bunch scallions, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tablespoon olive oil
Pepper to taste

Fresh Spinach

Recipe Directions

Wash spinach well. Drain and chop. After a few minutes, squeeze excess water. Add scallions, lemon juice, oil and pepper. Mix well.
