Spinach Salad Paleolithic Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh spinach
1 bunch scallions, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tablespoon olive oil
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Wash spinach well. Drain and chop. After a few minutes, squeeze excess
water. Add scallions, lemon juice, oil and pepper. Mix well. Makes 6 servings.
