Cream of Mushroom Soup with avocado, grapefruit juice, garlic and hot water blended with sliced mushrooms, sweet pepper, onion and basil.

Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

1 avocado
1 tomato
1 cup hot water
1 diced red sweet pepper
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 diced onion
1  clove garlic
Juice of 1/2 grapefruit

Recipe Directions

Blend avocado, grapefruit juice, garlic and hot water. Add sliced mushrooms, sweet pepper, onion and basil.

The consistency of your soup should be thick and creamy.

Recipe Notes

Choose any of your favorite vegetables as an addition to your soup.
