Coffee Substitute Paleolithic Recipe
This is very pleasant substitute drink for coffee.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 tablespoon roasted chicory root
1 tablespoon dried dandelion root (not roasted)
1/2 teaspoon cardamon seed (should be out of the husk, but not ground)

Put water in a pan. Add roasted chicory root, dandelion root, and cardamon
seed. Simmer gently 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
*Note:
This recipes does not taste exactly like coffee
but it is dark and tasty and very good for you.
