Green Bay Packer Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients:
1 - 14-inch pizza crust
1/3 cup Mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
2 ounces fat free Parmesan cheese
Oregano
2 fresh diced tomatoes
8 ounces fat free Mozzarella cheese
4 ounces light shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounces quartered artichokes
1/3 cup pineapples chunks
1 1/2 cup broccoli flowerettes
1/2 cup diced green peppers
Directions:
Spread Mascarpone over entire crust. Spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano. Add tomatoes, cheese and other vegetables. Bake at 500 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
