No Fat Frosting
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar (*see note)
3/4 cup white corn syrup
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Put all ingredients in top of double boiler over cold water. Beat continuously with electric beater until frosting stands in stiff peaks (about seven minutes).
*Note: For variation, use dark brown sugar in place of white granulated sugar.
