Mock Barbeque Beef Vegetarian Recipe

3 cups textured vegetable protein, chunks
2 large bottles barbecue sauce, fat-free
1 1/2 cups water, heated to boiling

In large crock pot put 3 cups textured vegetable protein. Rehydrate the textured vegetable protein with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and 1-1/2 cups hot water. Let sit for 15 minutes.

Add the remaining barbecue sauce. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours.

Serve on low fat whole grain buns.
