Turkey and Rice Soup Low Fat Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package Roasted Chicken and Herb Gravy
3 cups water
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed turkey
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Combine gravy mix, water, and chicken broth in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil.

Add the remaining ingredients. Return to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.

Makes 7 (1 cup) servings with 3g of fat per serving.
