Faux Rice Low Carbohydrate Recipe

10 ounce bag frozen cauliflower
Butter, salt and pepper to taste

Microwave cauliflower until done; drain well.

Put in food processor with butter. Salt and pepper to taste and then process in short bursts until mixture looks like rice.

Recipe makes 6 servings. Carbohydrates per serving (approx.): 15g.
