Cheese Chips Low Carbohydrate Recipe

Ingredients:
Thin slices of Provolone cheese
A non-stick pan

Directions:
Place one slice of cheese on the non-stick pan and cook on low to medium heat til bubbly and the browning from the other side comes through. Turn and cook on the other side.

Let cool and break into pieces.

These cheese chips are good plain, but they're also good dipped in low carb dips, such as a dry vegetable soup mixed with sour cream.
