Baked Chili Low Carbohydrate Recipe

2 pounds round steak trimmed, and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cups onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
3 cups tomato sauce (29-oz can)

Add all ingredients in a Dutch oven and stir. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until beef is tender, about 4 hours. Remove from oven and stir.

Serve with sour cream, cheese and chopped green onions.

Recipe makes 6 servings. Carbohydrates per serving (approx.): 4g.
