Turkey Burger Healthy Recipe
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon onion and herb seasoning
One large egg
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable cooking spray
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning (or seasoning of choice)
Four whole grain or whole wheat hamburger buns
1 cup shredded lettuce
In a medium bowl, mix together ground turkey, seasoning, egg, and breadcrumbs until thoroughly blended. Form into four burgers.
Spray skillet with vegetable oil. Cook burgers approximately seven minutes on each side.
Mix mayonnaise and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning; spread evenly on one side of each bun. Place burger on each bun, top with shredded lettuce and enjoy. Recipe makes four servings.
