Tex-Mex Pork Chops Healthy Recipe
Ingredients:
Six boneless, lean pork-loin chops
1-1/2 cups salsa
One can of (4 ounces) diced green chilies
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Brown chops in skillet with a little olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Recipe makes six healthy servings.
