Collard Greens Healthy Recipe

One large bunch of collard greens (64 ounces cut and washed)
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth or home made chicken stock without meat
Two medium onions
Three whole garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper

Wash and cut greens. Mix greens in large stock pot together with the remaining ingredients. Cook until tender.

Allow flavors to blend by preparing the dish early in the day. The longer it blends the better it tastes!

One serving (1/8th of recipe) equals 61 calories.
