Baked Bagel Thins Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:
Three 3-ounce whole wheat bagels
Refrigerated butter-flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450-degrees. Slice each bagel into four crosswise slices. Spray a non stick cookie sheet with spray.

Place the slices in a single layer on the sheet and spray again. Bake for five minutes, until lightly browned. Serve immediately.

One serving (approx. 3 pieces) equals 112 calories.
