Peanut Butter Balls Diabetic Recipe
Ingredients:
8 tablespoons of corn starch
8 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 ounce of Rice Krispies
1 tablespoon of semisweet chocolate chips (1 ounce)
1-1/2 tablespoons of Equal
2 ounces cold water
Directions:
Place ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Form into eight round balls of equal size and refrigerate.
Recipe makes eight servings.
