Yellow Squash Low Salt Recipe
Recipe makes four servings.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds yellow zucchini or crookneck squash
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon unsalted butter

Directions:
Place squash in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam five minutes, or until just tender. Stir in butter, oregano and salt and pepper to taste before serving. Recipe makes 4 low salt/low sodium servings.
