Stir-Fried Cajun Pork

Directions: Combine remaining ingredients, except oil, with 1 tablespoon seasoning in a bowl and set aside. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Stir-fry pork 2-3 minutes. Add apple and pepper mixture. Cook another 2-3 minutes until pork is cooked throughout. Serve immediately. Recipe makes four low salt/low sodium servings. |
