Orange and Cider Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry cider 1 tablespoon orange zest, finely grated
Two oranges, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together in a saucepan.
Heat gently, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
Serve with slices of roast pork.
