Orange and Cider Sauce

Tangy citrus sauce made with cider, orange zest and oranges, lemon, sugar, white wine vingegar and cornstarch for thickening. Serve with slices of roast pork.

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup dry cider
1 tablespoon orange zest, grated
2 oranges, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Recipe Directions

Orange Half Blend all the ingredients together in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens. Serve with slices of roast pork.
