Low Sodium Recipe

For Mocha Mudslide, blend skim milk with a banana, a little sugar,instant coffee granules and freeze. Add some vanilla yogurt and process. Garnish with banana slices if desired.

Mocha Mudslide


1 cup skim milk
2/3 cup ripe sliced banana
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/4 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
Banana slices (Optional)

Recipe Directions

Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Place the blender container in a freezer; freeze 1 hour or until slighty frozen. Loosen frozen mixture from sides of blender container; add yogurt. Process until smooth, and garnish with sliced banana, if desired. Serve immediately.
