Low Sodium Recipe
Cider vinegar with honey, orange juice concentrate, olive oil and poppy seeds.
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons honey
1-1/2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Store tightly sealed in the refrigerator.
For chicken vegetable soup, stir in 2 cups diced cooked chicken breast in with the milk-flour mixture.
