Sephardic-Style Haroset
Low Salt/Sodium Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons plus 2-teaspoons dates
2 tablespoons plus 2-teaspoons raisins
2 tablespoons plus 2-teaspoons pecans
1/4 medium orange, peeled, seeded, and sectioned
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sweet red Passover wine

Directions:
Put all ingredients, except wine, in a food processor or blender and process until coarsely chopped. Add wine and process until a fine paste is formed. Recipe makes 4 low salt/low sodium servings.
