Cranberry, Orange and Apricot Salsa

Cranberry, Orange and Apricot come together with honey, lime juice, onion, jalapeno, orange and fresh cilantro to make this fresh fruit packed salsa.

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 small red onion, minced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (wear rubber gloves)
1/2 large orange, peeled, segmented, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
2 tablespoons dried apricots, chopped
1 tablespoon plus 1-teaspoon fresh cilantro, minced

Recipe Directions

Cranberries Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Chill overnight. Serve over meat.
