Cranberry, Orange and Apricot Salsa
Low Salt/Sodium Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 small red onion, minced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (wear rubber gloves)
1/2 large orange, peeled, segmented, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
2 tablespoons. dried apricots, chopped
1 tablespoon. plus 1-teaspoon fresh cilantro, minced

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Chill overnight. Serve over meat. Recipe makes about 4 low salt/low sodium servings.
