Fresh Fruit in Raspberry

A very pretty dessert with strawberries and grapes placed in dessert dishes with the raspberry Grand Marnier sauce poured atop.

Recipe Ingredients

2/3 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon plus 1-teaspoon orange juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon orange rind, grated
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup green grapes
2 teaspoons Grand Marnier
2 teaspoons sugar

Recipe Directions

Fruit Bowl Puree the raspberries in the blender, using a little water if necessary. Strain to remove any seeds. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and orange rind to the puree.

Toss the strawberries and grapes with the Grand Marnier and sugar. Let marinate for one hour.

To serve, place the strawberries and grapes in four individual dessert dishes. Pour equal portions of raspberry sauce on top.
