Cranberry Relish Low Salt/Sodium Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 orange
3/4 cup cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled and diced
1/4 cup sugar
2 ounces seedless grapes, sliced
2 ounces unsweetened pineapple chunks, finely chopped

Directions:
Using a vegetable peeler, peel orange zest from orange and chop finely. Using a sharp knife, peel white pith from orange. Remove membranes from orange segments. Discard pith and membranes and chop segments. Combine chopped orange segments and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Recipe makes 4 low salt/low sodium servings.
