Clay Pot Sweet Corn Low Salt/Sodium Recipe
Clay pots have been used for cooking since ancient times by many cultures. Today, with more of us searching for great ways to add flavour and reduce fat in our diet, clay pot cooking is making a popular comeback to the kitchen.
Ingredients:
4 ears sweet corn, husks removed
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Soak clay pot and its cover in water at least 15 minutes. Place corn in pot and pour in water and butter. Sprinkle with sugar and season with salt to taste. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn on oven to 425 degrees and bake 30 minutes. This recipe makes 4 low salt/low sodium servings.
