Recipe Ingredients

Clay pots have been used for cooking since ancient times by many cultures.

4 ears sweet corn, husks removed
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoons sugar

Recipe Directions

Clay Pot Soak clay pot and its cover in water at least 15 minutes. Place corn in pot and pour in water and butter. Sprinkle with sugar and season with salt to taste. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn on oven to 425 degrees and bake 30 minutes.
