Low Sodium Recipe
Use in salad dressings or as a marinade for fish or beef. Or, brush the mixture on vegetables during grilling or broiling.
3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
In a large screw-top jar combine the thawed orange juice concentrate, grapefruit juice, salad oil, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, basil, garlic salt, onion powder, celery seed, pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Cover and shake well to mix.

Extra: Easy Citrus Salad Dressing
In a screw-top jar combine 1/3 cup Citrus Base and 2 tablespoons salad oil. Cover and shake well to mix. Drizzle over tossed salads. Makes about 1/2 cup.
