
Cheesy Nachos

Flour tortillas filled with ground turkey, salsa, green onions, cheddar cheese and seasoned with salt free grilling blend such as Mrs Dash.
Recipe Ingredients
4, 6-inch flour tortillas
Non-stick cooking spray
4 ounces ground turkey
1 tablespoon Garlic and Herb or Chicken Grilling Blend (such as Mrs. Dash)
2/3 cup salsa, mild or medium
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
1/2 cup reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges; lightly spray one side of wedges with cooking spray. Place on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
Cook ground turkey in small non-stick pan, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and cook until browned stirring to break up meat, add salsa. Cook until heated through. Place a small amount of turkey mixture on each tortilla wedge. Sprinkle with green onion. Top with cheddar cheese. Can be made to this point. When ready to serve return to oven 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
