Cheesy Nachos

Directions: Cook ground turkey in small non-stick pan, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and cook until browned stirring to break up meat, add salsa. Cook until heated through. Place a small amount of turkey mixture on each tortilla wedge. Sprinkle with green onion. Top with cheddar cheese. Can be made to this point. When ready to serve return to oven 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Recipe makes 12 low salt/low sodium servings, 4 pieces each. |
