Basic Biscuits Low Salt/Sodium Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups stone ground flour
1 cup water
Directions:
Knead flour and water until smooth. Roll the dough flat until about 1/4-inch thick.

Cut into rounded biscuits about 3-inch in diameter. Poke holes in each biscuit with fork. Place on floured cookie sheet. Bake at 400-degrees for about 40 minutes. Recipe makes 12 low salt/low sodium servings.
