Banana, Pineapple and Walnut Salad

Super simple to make yet super nutritious! Combine sliced bananas, pineapple chunks and seedless grapes with walnuts and chill.
2 ripe firm bananas, sliced
1 pound pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/2 pound seedless grapes
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and chill.
Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose - plus fiber, which means a banana gives us an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.
Like most fruits, pineapples are extremely nutritious. Pineapples contain little or no fat or cholesterol, and provide significant amounts of fiber, digestive enzymes, vitamin C, calcium, and potassium.
Walnuts are a good source of magnesium, phosphorus and copper andprovide protein and dietary fiber. And grapes? On top of nutrients they add, they are fat free, sodium free and cholesterol free!
