Containing three natural sugars-sucrose, fructose and glucose-combined with fiber a banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Like most fruits, pineapples are extremely nutritious. Pineapples contain little or no fat or cholesterol, and provide significant amounts of fiber, digestive enzymes, vitamin C, calcium, and potassium. Walnuts are a good source of magnesium, phosphorus and copper and provide protein and dietary fiber. And grapes? On top of nutrients they add, they are fat free, sodium free and cholesterol free!
Super simple to make yet super nutritious! Combine sliced bananas, pineapple chunks and seedless grapes with walnuts and chill.

2 ripe firm bananas, sliced
1 pound pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/2 pound seedless grapes
