All American Beef Stew

Seasoned with Mrs Dash seasonings are lean beef stew meat with carrots, celery, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes and beef broth.
2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Minced Onion Medley Seasoning Blend
1-1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
1 pound lean beef stew meat
1 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery
1-1/2 cups red skinned potatoes
1-1/2 cups cut green beans, fresh, frozen or canned
1 cup low sodium beef broth
1 cup canned low sodium diced tomatoes
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cut beef into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Cut celery into 1/2 inch slices, cut carrots into 1 inch chunks, and cube potatoes. Place meat in a nonstick skillet and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Combine stew meat, carrots, celery, Mrs. Dash Minced Onion Medley, potatoes, green beans, broth and Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic in a large heavy Dutch oven. Cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
