Cream-Cheese Super Spread
This cream cheese-and-marmalade spread mixes up in minutes, then you can dip into it for breakfast all week long.
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce tub low-fat or fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Five bagels or English muffins, split and toasted
Directions:
In a tightly covered container combine cream cheese, orange marmalade, and nuts. Cover and store spread in the refrigerator for up to one week.
To serve, spread on bagels or English muffins.
Recipe makes 1-1/4-cup spread (ten, 2-tablespoon servings).
