Energy Cookies
These are packed full of healthy, energizing ingredients!
Ingredients:
1 cup currants
1 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon sea salt (regular is fine if you prefer)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup 100-percent whole wheat flour
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup 100-percent pure peanut butter
3/4 cup liquid honey
1 cup large flake oats
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375-degrees for 12 minutes.
