Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
One Boboli Pizza Crust, thin style
One medium onion-chopped
One small green pepper-chopped
One, 2.5 ounce jar of mushroom slices (optional)
1 cup egg substitute
One, 12 ounce meat-free "sausage" crumbles
2 cups grated fat-free cheese divided

Directions:
In a medium size saute pan, saute chopped onions, peppers and mushrooms until tender.

Add egg substitute, scramble. Remove from heat.

Place 1-cup of cheese on pizza crust, layer with egg mixture and sausage crumbles.

Add remaining cup of cheese on top.

Bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
