Five-Fruit Salad

Fresh Mint provides a refreshing flavor and cool taste to assorted fresh fruit.

Ingredients:
1 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup peeled, chopped orange segments
1/2 cup chopped cantaloupe
1/2 cup banana
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup orange-juice concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice or to taste
2 teaspoons minced mint
1/4 teaspoon grated lime zest

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing gently to coat.

Recipe makes four servings.
