Super simple and super healthy - peanut butter mixed with honey, corn flakes and instant fat free dry milk create these power sticks for an on the go health treat.

Peanut Butter in Power Sticks


1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
2/3 cup corn flakes, crushed
1/3 cup instant fat free dry milk

Recipe Directions

Knead ingredients together.

Form into 6 sticks and wrap individually in wax paper.

Store Power Sticks in an airtight container.
