No Guilt Fries
Low Fat Recipe
Washed and cut into bite size pieces, potatoes are tossed in a mixture of salt, garlic powder, dill weed, and Italian seasoning and then baked instead of fried in oil.
1 pound baking potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
Nonstick cooking spray
Wash and cut potatoes into bite size pieces or French fry-size strips.
In a large plastic bag, add salt, garlic powder, dill weed, and Italian seasoning. Add potatoes, close, and shake until coated. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and spray lightly with nonstick spray. Bake at 375-degrees for 50 minutes.
