Ingredients: Eight medium-size Russet potatoes 1/4 cup fat free milk 1/2 cup fat free sour cream 1/8 cup parsley 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Boil potatoes until soft, drain, cube and mash in a large bowl. Add all ingredients and mash together until well mixed.
Recipe makes four servings Mashed Potatoes.
