Fruit Tacos

Taco shells packed with fruits of apple, banana, grapes, strawberries, orange juice, strawberry yogurt, toasted coconut and sliced almonds.
Recipe Ingredients
1-1/4 cups chopped apples
1-1/4 cups sliced banana
1-1/4 cups seedless green grapes
1-1/4 cups sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 package (12) taco shells
One 8-ounce container lowfat strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup toasted coconut (optional)
1/2 cup sliced almonds (optional)
Recipe Directions
Combine fruit and orange juice in large bowl.
Fill taco shells with fruit mixture.
Top with yogurt, coconut and almonds.
