French Toast Cheese Sandwich

Use French toasting bread dipped in egg white mixed with skim milk. Place tofu or cheese between the bread slices and fry in a non stick frying pan.
Whisk the egg white and milk together, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Make a tofu/cheese sandwich, adding ketchup if desired. Soak the sandwich in the egg mixture, then cook in a non-stick frying pan as you would any other grilled sandwich.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a sliced tomato or perhaps a portion of canned fruit cocktail on the side.
Note: Nutrition information will vary greatly depending upon the French bread you use, which choice of filling - either tofu or cheese - you use and whether or not you add ketchup.
