Cream Cheese Puffs
Low Fat Recipe
Tasty and attractive Cream Cheese Puffs. Top bread circles baked until soft and brown with a tasty mixture of cream cheese, chives, cayenne pepper and Parmesan.
1-8 ounce package fat free cream cheese
1 tablespoon chives
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup fat free Parmesan cheese
1 loaf light bread
Cut bread into small circles with biscuit cutter.
Mix ingredients. Spread on top of bread. Place on a non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake at 350-degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
Recipe yields 2-dozen Cream Cheese Puffs.
