Breakfast Pizza

Directions:
In a medium size saute pan, saute chopped onions, peppers and mushrooms until tender. Add egg substitute, scramble. Remove from heat.
Place 1-cup of cheese on pizza crust, layer with egg mixture and sausage crumbles. Add remaining cup of cheese on top.
Bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
