Breakfast Pizza with cooked egg substitute and onions, peppers, mushrooms, meat free sausage crumbles and grated fat free cheese on a Boboli pizza crust.

Breakfast Pizza


1 Boboli Pizza Crust, thin style
1 medium chopped onion
1 small chopped green bell pepper
1 2.5 ounce jar of mushroom slices(optional)
1 cup egg substitute
12 ounce package meat free sausage crumbles
2 cups grated fat free cheese of choice, divided

Recipe Directions

In a medium size saute pan, saute chopped onions, peppers and mushrooms until tender. Add egg substitute, scramble. Remove from heat.

Place 1-cup of cheese on pizza crust, layer with egg mixture and sausage crumbles. Add remaining cup of cheese on top.

Bake the breakfast pizza in a 375-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
