Low Fat Recipe
Biscuits are so versatile! Serve them for breakfast with butter and jam or for dinner in place of bread or rolls.
2-1/4 cups Reduced fat Bisquick
2/3 cup skim milk
Heat oven to 450-degrees. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
Turn onto surface dusted with Bisquick. Knead ten times. Roll dough 1/2-inch thick. Cut with 2-1/2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Count to ten; kneading biscuit dough too much can make biscuits tough.

For professional looking biscuits every time, use round biscuit cutters or a pre-seasoned drop biscuit pan.
